Daniel Collazo named Legends FC General Manager
Las Vegas Legends FC Names Daniel CollazoGeneral Manager
for NPSL League Debut
LAS VEGAS –(November 6, 2019) – Las Vegas Legends FC announced today Danial Collazo as General Manager for their National Professional Soccer League (NPSL) debut season.
“Selecting the right general manager is one of the most important tasks for any club,” said Las Vegas Legends FC CEO Meir Cohen. “As we set out to build our NPSL team, Daniel was a great choice as the candidate for the job. He has been involved in almost every aspect of soccer at both the amateur and Professional level. He has experience on the field and in the office, this is important to the development of a new club”.
Collazo, 35, has fulfilled the role as General Manager for the L.A. Wolves FC- UPSL Torrance, California - 2017 and 2018, F.C. Golden State Force USL 2 - 2017 Pomona, California, and San Nicolas FC Pomona, California - 2019. Collazo has achieved success in his general manager roles:

Born in Cordoba, Argentina, Collazo gained notoriety as the General Manager of Irvine (Calif.)-based PSA Elite, a two-time Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup participant that gained notoriety for its 4th Round appearance against L.A. Galaxy (MLS) in 2014.
Las Vegas Legends FC is set to begin its inaugural season in February 2020. Players will be recruited from the local Las Vegas pool of players that have played with local club, high school and college teams.
“I have years of experience recruiting and developing players from the local communities, said Collazo. “Las Vegas has a talented foundation of players, and developing young talent is the vision for our club”.

The National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) is one of the largest established men’s soccer leagues in the United States with over 90 teams competing across the country. The NPSL is a successor to the Men’s Premier Soccer League (MPSL), which was formed in 2002.
